If you have never dived before and would like to know what you are missing, this is a great place to start!
This course is specifically designed to allow those with no provious experience of SCUBA diving to try it for the first time, either in the safe confines of the pool only or with a second session in the sea, diving from the shore of one of our local beaches.
We go over the basic skills and equipment used in SCUBA diving and practice these in the pool before having a fun expeience getting used to the equipment. If you opt for the sea dive as well, then the second session will be a tour of a local bay and a chance to see the undrwater life and scenery off Cornwall’s beautiful beaches and harbours.
Options
Pool Session only: Practice SCUBA diving in a warm swimming pool
Pool and sea: Once you are happy in the pool, experience the real joy of SCUBA diving by diving from a local beach and see the fish, crustacians and maybe even seals that live in the warm Cornish waters
Age Range
Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water in the pool. For sea diving, participants myst be at least 10 years old. Participants must be comfortable in the water, but no prior experience is necessary. Parental approval is required for those under 18.

Pool and sea: £75.00
If you choose to go on to become a qualified diver, 50% of the cost of this course will be discounted from the PADI Open Water Course taken with us if registered and paid within one month.
Please bring swimwear, a T-shirt and towels with you. All necessary SCUBA gear will be provided.
