SCUBA Refresher

Description

If you are an accredited diver but haven’t been in the water for some time (PADI recommend six months), then it might be sensible to review your skills with a PADI Professional. We tend to be asked for a review by two types of divers: those who just want someone to help them remember skills and then take them into the sea and those who want to revisit their course and retake abbreviated tests and knowledge reviews.

For the first category, we offer our own course, which covers the basic skill requirements and ensures that divers are competent and safe in the open water. This is also very useful for those who have learned their skills overseas and would like to go cold water diving for the first time.

For those who want a more comprehensive refresher, we offer the PADI SCUBA Review course, which includes theory, skills circuit and open water dive.

Another great club dive and this time diving in between the fingers of the left hand reef, lots to see and enjoyed by all. Only 6 of us in the water today, guess the previous few days of weather put a lot off. Sea at 17 degrees and 4-6m visibility, depending on if you where in or out of the bay.
Before you ask yes I got wet, and led the dive and did smb.

Well done again to Blaise for completing his Project Aware corel reef conservation course course, these dry course some people think are a waste of time, but they contain some very interesting facts and discussions, as an 100% project aware dive school we would recommend everyone is aware of reef conservation and its importance to the oceans.
We run a Project Aware five against Debris every month for those of you interested to cleaning up our seas.
The project aware course is another interesting course todo.
